Sky and NOW have announced the upcoming release of 'The Dyers’ Caravan Park: A Merry Elfing Christmas', which is set to air this December. Following the massive success of their debut season, the father-daughter duo are back to bring a healthy dose of festive cheer, seasonal revelry, and typical Dyer anarchy to the Isle of Sheppey.
The upcoming holiday special finds Danny and Dani determined to pull out all the stops for the park's residents. Before Priory Hill closes its gates for the winter season, they plan to stage the ultimate festive celebration. Their incredibly ambitious to-do list includes putting together a slap-up Christmas lunch for 200 residents, organizing a massive Santa audition, throwing a staff party at the local curry house, and transforming a rundown chalet into a magical winter wonderland Santa's grotto.
Naturally, in true Dyer fashion, their grand plans quickly begin to unravel. Viewers can look forward to plenty of chaotic mishaps as the team scrambles to save the holidays. The chaos extends to Site Director Darren, who finds himself landed with the daunting task of writing and directing an incredibly ambitious nativity play featuring some very special guests.
Ben Wicks, the Creative Director of Entertainment at Expectation, shared his excitement for the quick turnaround of the festive special, joking that the warmth and seasonal joy generated by the team on the Isle of Sheppey "will have the team at Lapland quitting in shame."
